A RICHER LIFE!

So I was at a Richer Life Lecture yesterday and learned alot.

I can probably fill the entire blog with funny quotes and intresting thoughts. A good quote from yesterday was "The only cause some people wake up in the morning is because they didn't die during the night!" - Charlie Söderberg

He states that if there is no motivation or things to motivate us then we aren't rich enough, maybe in our physical richness or inner richness! We should re-evaluate our daily behaviours and patterns of living to get new results. You can't expect to do the same thing everyday and see new results, that's crazy!

Thats like rolling one die and expect to get a seven! :p

So if you set your mind to see something your looking for, you'll see alot more. So if you set your mind to find a new die perhaps, maybe one with 10 sides? Then you'll have a chance to get 7! - Just a metaphor, not what Charlie said in exact words!

He also made a nice chart/table showing active income, passive income and also active expenditures, passive expanditures. to get a better view over your economical position, he also took assetes and debt in to acount. Active income is your paycheck you have to do something to get it! Passive is something you get while you sleep such as intrest on a savings account.

Active expenditures is something you buy active such as makeup and candy etc... Passive expenditures are for example your bills, somethin that costs even while you sleep :p Assettes are everything that we win/get money from and debts are everything that costs money that we own. So assetes could be stocks and debts could be your house! Your house more then often won't be an assette, since it will always cost you money, you only get the money if you sell it and when you do you have to have another home. Another home costs money so if the price on houses have gone up and thats why you are selling then you won't be buying cheap either. You coul'd however buy a big building and rent out roms or apartments and if you get money from it after all the bills are paid, then you have it as an assette! :) Congratz :p
